The EBL Institute of Business and Technology addresses barriers that hinder matriculants from getting higher education access and success through the EBL Digital Skills for Digital Jobs and Businesses Training Programme. With the increasing demand for digital talent, this programme aims to bridge the digital skills gap and provide individuals with the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge necessary for digital jobs. The training equips individuals with a university accredited qualification and skills that are in high demand in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Not only will our sudent be work ready, but they will also have the competitive edge to thrive in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

 

With skills that range from foundational --> Basic --> Intermediate --> Advanced/Highly Specialised Skills, including Soft Skills to prepare them for work readiness, we offer comprehensive training through different resources, including masterclasses, webinars, podcasts, help Desk/Easily Accessible Support Services, and more.

Through the DS4SJ Training Programme, we address the obstacles/challenges that hinder many matriculants from furthering their studies, and we equip them with the necessary resources, qualifications and skills to thrive in the digital world. It is important to be digitally savvy in today's world as digital technology is rapidly changing the way we live, work, and communicate. As the digital economy continues to grow, the demand for digital talent will continue to increase. Being digitally savvy will provide individuals with the skills necessary to be competitive in the job market and take advantage of the opportunities presented by the digital economy.
